Pittstown, N.J. — December 3 — A suspected commercial structure fire on Route 12 in Kingwood Township prompted the Quakertown NJ Fire Company-91 Fire/Rescue, located at 67 Quakertown Road, to respond to a box alarm on Wednesday night.

Engine 91, Tender 91-1, and the rescue unit, which responded with ten members as automatic aid to the Kingwood Township Volunteer Fire Company, were due from Quakertown. The main body of fire was swiftly put out by the first arriving companies' fierce fire attack. In order to assess for extension and enhance interior conditions, Quakertown staff helped with overhaul and ventilation. The assignment was handled by several mutual help agencies, and the situation was resolved without any injuries being recorded.
