Marmora, NJ — December 1 — The Upper Township Division of EMS and the Marmora Volunteer Fire Company, located at 40 N. Old Tuckahoe Road, were called to a reported car accident on the Garden State Parkway close to mile marker 25.7 northbound. Responders found the scene on the northbound side, where one car had veered off the road and landed in dense bush about fifty feet into the median.
When crews entered the car, they discovered two people inside, one of whom was a patient. Seaville Fire/Rescue and the Tuckahoe Volunteer Fire Company were called in by an Upper Township Fire all-call to help. The Ocean City Fire Department was asked to send another ambulance. After receiving care, both patients were moved. The New Jersey State Police and AtlantiCare Paramedics were also on the scene.
