Cardiff Volunteer Fire Company Launches Recruitment Effort for New Volunteers

On December 4, 2025, the Cardiff Volunteer Fire Company No. 1 announced it is actively seeking new volunteers to join its ranks and serve the Egg Harbor Township community. The department is encouraging residents interested in emergency services to apply and become part of a dedicated team committed to fire protection, emergency response, and community service. According to the department, applications can be picked up and returned at the Egg Harbor Township Public Works Compound, located at 6120 Mill Road. Fire officials say volunteering offers an opportunity to learn valuable life-saving skills, build lasting relationships, and give back to the community. Those interested are urged to apply and help support the continued mission of the Cardiff Volunteer Fire Company.
