Sunday, December 8, 2025 —The Brigantine Professional Firefighters IAFF Local 2657, joined by members of the Brigantine Fire and EMS Department and the Brigantine Policemen’s Benevolent Association Local #204, successfully wrapped up the South End portion of their annual Santa’s Island Ride on Sunday evening. Beginning around 5:30 p.m., crews traveled through neighborhood streets spreading holiday cheer, greeting residents, and creating memorable moments for families throughout the South End. Organizers praised the teamwork and community turnout, noting the continued support from the Brigantine Police Department, whose officers also participated despite not being pictured. The festive tradition continues with the North End ride scheduled for the following evening, reinforcing the strong connection between Brigantine’s first responders and the community they serve.
