When Quint Company 29 arrived, it worked as an engine company and assisted Lawnside units with suppression attempts. Crews attempted to contain the fire after discovering a commercial truck involved. No exposure problems were found, and the event was swiftly handled. For a little period, units stayed on the scene to finish last-minute inspections and make sure the car was completely extinguished. Responding companies were freed and put back into duty when command verified steady conditions.
