Magnolia, NJ — November 28 — A working residential fire in Stratford's first-due area prompted the Magnolia Fire Company 29 to respond to an All Hands dispatch just before midnight on Friday. Shortly after being sent, Quint Company 29 and Chief 29 arrived on the site. Magnolia troops were assigned to standby as extra operational personnel upon arrival while primary companies carried out assistance and fire suppression tasks. Until things stabilized and resources were reduced, crews were still on hand to help as needed. Quint Company 29 and Chief 29 returned to service without incident after being freed by headquarters. There were no reported injuries. The New Jersey State Office of the incident Marshal is still looking into what caused the incident.
