Wrightstown, N.J. — 1st December — As part of the department's yearly training program, officers and members of Wrightstown Volunteer Fire Company No. 1, which has its headquarters at 21 Saylors Pond Road, finished live-burn training. The evolutions were carried out alongside Franklin Fire Company #1, giving firefighters the chance to practise together in authentic settings.
Firefighters practiced interior attack, hose line progression, and coordinated team mobility while working in controlled live-fire scenarios. Members can practice communication, safety protocols, and fire behavior recognition while working in a live-burn scenario. Smoother operations during real incidents are ensured by cooperative training with mutual aid partners. In order to maintain operational readiness and solid working relationships with other departments, Wrightstown Volunteer Fire Company No. 1 continues to place a significant emphasis on practical training.
