Bordentown, New Jersey — December 6 — A car fire near the Columbus Farmers Market was reported in the morning, and volunteers from Jacksonville Fire Co. Sta. 212 responded. Crews found a passenger car with an active fire as soon as they arrived and started suppression efforts. Firefighters contained the fire, guarded the area, and managed fuel and traffic problems. The area was stabilized and the car's extension was examined. There were no reported injuries.

Local agencies continue to respond to vehicle fires on a regular basis, necessitating prompt action and consideration for traffic safety. In order to minimize the situation and return everything to normal, Jacksonville Fire Co. Sta. 212 worked effectively.
