Beverly, New Jersey — December 13 — The annual Wreaths Across America celebration took place in a nearby cemetery, and a small delegation from both stations of Hope Hose Co 2, situated at 408 Broad Street in Beverly, took part. Members joined a huge group of volunteers to lay wreaths on graves in two sections of the cemetery after a brief ceremony.

By planting a wreath and saying each person's name out, the event honors veterans and military personnel. Since 2016, Hope Hose members have participated in this custom to help with community memorial initiatives. Members also paid tribute to two Hope Hose firefighters who were killed in battle during the event: PFC James Ashton, who served in World War II, and Sgt. Christopher Rausch, who served in Korea.
