Peapack-Gladstone, N.J. — November 20 — For a large-animal rescue involving a horse stranded in a pond, Peapack-Gladstone Fire Department Station 51 was asked to give mutual assistance rescue services to Bedminster. Crews from Somerset and Hunterdon counties arrived and worked in tandem with other rescue firms.
To settle the situation and safely finish the rescue effort, agencies collaborated. The concerted effort and professionalism displayed by all responders were commended by department leaders.
