STEWARTSVILLE, N.J. — December 6 — In honour of the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, the Stewartsville Volunteer Fire Company staged an Operation Toy Train stop. Families in Warren County and the surrounding areas will receive brand-new, unwrapped items that were brought by community members. According to fire officials, the incident continues to demonstrate how locals and emergency services collaborate to assist kids during the holiday season.

Every year, Operation Toy Train gathers thousands of toys in collaboration with police, fire, and community organizations throughout New Jersey and New York. Members of Stewartsville expressed gratitude to everyone who made a donation and pointed out that the consistent attendance shows a high level of community involvement. According to the agency, the assistance makes it possible for more kids to get holiday presents via the Toys for Tots program.
