On the morning of December 7th, the City of Middletown F.D. was dispatched to a house fire on Academy Avenue. While enroute, M.F.D. received a report that the occupants were possibly still inside the building. Both occupants self-evacuated prior to FD's arrival. Upon arrival the Middletown Fire Department found fire on the first floor rear, with extension to the 2nd floor rear.
