Brentwood, NH — December 2 — A recent incident involving an ambulance going off the road while responding to an emergency call is being handled by Brentwood Fire & Rescue. No injuries were reported, and the crew was allowed to carry on providing patient care. According to the agency, emergency responses frequently take place in challenging circumstances, and crews must strike a balance between safety and speed in order to assist individuals in need.

A householder made disparaging remarks about the crew and the department after the incident. In order to address concerns in a courteous and accurate manner, Fire Chief Roy Olsen urged anyone with complaints to contact him immediately at the firehouse or via email. Brentwood Fire & Rescue stressed that it is still dedicated to offering dependable service and helping the community in times of need.
