No injuries were reported, and the crew was allowed to carry on providing patient care. According to the agency, emergency responses frequently take place in challenging circumstances, and crews must strike a balance between safety and speed in order to assist individuals in need.

A householder made disparaging remarks about the crew and the department after the incident.
