Wilmot, NH — November 26 — Mike Fowler of Fowler's Pest Control in Sunapee provided community assistance this year, which the Wilmot Volunteer Fire Department acknowledged. The department requested assistance earlier this autumn due to a bug problem within the station. After doing a thorough examination, Fowler discovered a crucial spot that had gone unnoticed during earlier inspections. The department was able to address the problem and enhance building conditions thanks to his findings.

Later, Fowler told the department that he would give his time and expertise rather than charge for his job. Members claim that the gesture is a reflection of the solid community links that support local fire services in keeping their buildings secure and operational. Wilmot firefighters expressed gratitude for Fowler's assistance as Thanksgiving drew near.
