Wilmot Crew Reviews Key Skills During Trivia Challenge

Wilmot, NH — November 13 — The Wilmot Volunteer Fire Department concluded their 2025 training program with a team-based trivia night intended to review important skills in a laid-back environment. Firefighters were examined on their understanding of Wilmot-specific response data, department history, trauma care, and fire attacks. As the department prepares for winter, the objective was to integrate teamwork with instruction.

Throughout, the battle was fierce, with multiple groups trading the lead. Deputy Chief Pillsbury, Lieutenant G. Bensley, and Firefighter K. Bensley scored 41 out of 59 points to earn the victory. End-of-year training activities like this, according to department leaders, assist reinforce learning, maintain member engagement, and acknowledge the collaboration that enables safe operations throughout the year.
