MONT VERNON, N.H. — November 11 — The Mont Vernon Fire Department joined the community in marking Veterans Day, honouring the men and women who served in the United States Armed Forces. Firefighters emphasized the significant link between military duty and emergency response, adding that many responders continue their devotion to public service after serving in the military. Members urged locals to acknowledge the commitment of veterans and the continued assistance required as they reintegrate into society.
