Glen, NH — November 8 — A successful community contribution drive that helped local families in need was reported by the Bartlett Firefighters Association. Food, gift cards and household goods were brought in for the function, and donations filled a caravan. A donation of over $1,600 will be utilized to buy more local materials. Members of the Bartlett-Jackson Ambulance Service, Bartlett Fire, and Jackson Firefighters Association contributed to the effort by helping to gather and arrange supplies throughout the day. Participation was boosted by a nearby store that offered a place for the community to drop off donations. The organization expressed gratitude to each and every contributor. The Glen Fire Station is still accepting donations of non-perishable or home necessities.
