Glen, NH — 4 November — A structure fire at Kringles Pizza & Country Store on Route 16 prompted the Bartlett Fire Department to react. After the first alarm went off, Bartlett units showed there in roughly ten minutes. North Conway Fire Department and Bartlett-Jackson Ambulance Service provided mutual aid, while Jackson Fire Department crews assisted with size-up. During the reaction, the Glen station was covered by the Centre Conway Fire Department. Teams collaborated swiftly to put out the majority of the fire. In order to ensure that all flames were extinguished, firefighters spent hours on the spot doing overhauls and utilizing heavy equipment from FF&J Excavation. The Bartlett Firefighters Association conveyed condolences to the Kringles family and thanked all mutual aid partners.
