Milton, NH — November 11 — In honour of Veterans Day, Milton Fire-Rescue honored all those who served in the US military, including current employees who continue to provide public safety services to their community. Veterans contribute valuable abilities to the fire service, such as leadership, composed decision-making, and a strong dedication to teamwork, according to fire officials. Before joining fire and emergency medical services at home, many firemen in New Hampshire first served their country. To honour their service and the support of military families, Veterans Day is celebrated around the country. Milton Fire-Rescue invites locals to express gratitude to a veteran and pause to consider their contributions. The agency thanked all veterans for their commitment to defending the country and the local community.
