Bloomfield, N.J. — October 26 — The Bloomfield Fire Department thanked everyone who attended their annual open house at Fire Headquarters. Clear skies and a large community turnout contributed to a wonderful day of demonstrations, activities, and fire safety education.

Guests met firefighters, examined equipment, and participated in hands-on activities aimed at raising awareness and preparation. According to department leadership, community support is critical in enabling outreach programs such as these.
