Hackensack, N.J. — October 28 — The City of Hackensack Fire Department announced the promotion and swearing-in of three officers at Tuesday night's Hackensack Council Meeting. Deputy Chief Thomasey, Captain Giarrusso, and Lieutenant D'Amore took their oaths of office in front of city leaders, coworkers, and family members. The department honored all three officers for their service, leadership, and ongoing commitment to the community.
