October 31, 2025 — The Clark Fire Department extended its appreciation to ShopRite of Clark and Carolanne Romeo for generously donating Halloween candy to support the department’s community outreach efforts this season.

The donation allowed firefighters to hand out treats during the annual Trunk or Treat event and again today as part of the department’s Halloween Truck tradition. Fire crews are currently out in the community distributing candy and will continue until approximately 6:00 p.m. this evening.

Residents are encouraged to keep an eye out for the department’s decorated Engine 2, which is making its way through neighborhoods to bring Halloween cheer to families throughout Clark.

The department thanked ShopRite and Ms. Romeo for their continued support and partnership in helping make the holiday festive and fun for local children.
