The White Springs Fire Association was initially dispatched shortly after 9:30 p.m. on October 24, 2026, to the Town of Geneva, New York. Ladder 3181 responded with a crew of three, confirmed a working fire and requested an additional alarm.

Mutual aid was provided by West Lake Road Fire Association, the City of Geneva Fire Department, Hydrant Hose Company No. 1, Stanley Fire Department, North Side Fire Company, Oaks Corners Fire Department, Bellona Fire Department and Hall Fire Rescue.

Firefighters worked to contain the fire, which was brought under control without reported injuries to occupants or emergency personnel. Mercy Flight EMS–Finger Lakes, town code enforcement personnel, Ontario County fire coordinators, and Ontario County Sheriff's Office personnel and dispatchers also assisted.

The cause of the fire was not specified in the initial department statement.
