King Ferry, N.Y.—October 16— The King Ferry Fire Department, located at 1011 NYS Route 34B, will take part in a regional water supply drill this Saturday morning hosted by the Aurora Volunteer Fire Department.
The multi-department exercise will focus on improving tanker shuttle operations, pump setup, and coordination between agencies when operating in areas without hydrants. Fire apparatus from several departments will be staged around the Aurora station and nearby training sites as crews practice maintaining a steady water flow for an extended period.
