Boston, Mass.—October 22— The Boston Fire Department, based at 115 Southampton Street, participated in the city’s Open Streets Blue Hill Avenue event, joining residents, community groups, and city leaders to promote fire and carbon monoxide safety.
Members of the Fire Prevention Education Unit and the Boston Fire Cadets interacted with families, distributed fire safety materials, and shared practical tips to help residents stay prepared. Visitors received hats, coloring books, and educational resources focused on home safety and prevention.
