FRANKFORD TWP., NJ - October 5, 2025 — At approximately 8:35 a.m. on October 5th, the Frankford Township Fire Department (FTFD) was dispatched along with the Blue Ridge Rescue Squad (BRRS) and Hampton Township Fire & Rescue to the intersection of Newton Avenue and Morris Turnpike for a motor vehicle accident with reported injuries.
Upon arrival, FTFD crews assisted with debris and fluid cleanup to ensure the roadway was safe for traffic following the incident. One patient was transported to a local hospital for further evaluation by BRRS BLS 5651.
All units cleared the scene and returned to service approximately 30 minutes after dispatch.
Responding units included FTFD: 25-2, 25 Rescue, 25 Engine 2, Blue Ridge Rescue Squad: BLS 5651, BLS 5654, and Hampton Township Fire & Rescue: 48-1, 48-6
