Frankford Township Fire Department Responds to Morning MVA on Newton Ave and Morris Turnpike

October 5, 2025 — At approximately 8:35 a.m., the Frankford Township Fire Department (FTFD) was dispatched along with the Blue Ridge Rescue Squad (BRRS) and Hampton Township Fire & Rescue to the intersection of Newton Avenue and Morris Turnpike for a motor vehicle accident with reported injuries.

Upon arrival, FTFD crews assisted with debris and fluid cleanup to ensure the roadway was safe for traffic following the incident. One patient was transported to a local hospital for further evaluation by BRRS BLS 5651.

All units cleared the scene and returned to service approximately 30 minutes after dispatch.
