Fanwood Fire Department Responds to Two-Car Motor Vehicle Accident

October 12, 2025 — The Fanwood Fire Department was dispatched to the intersection of La Grande Avenue and Terrill Road for a reported two-car motor vehicle accident.
Upon arrival, firefighters found multiple occupants requiring assistance. One patient was extricated from a vehicle by fire department personnel, while EMS crews evaluated several patients on scene with injuries of varying severity.
Fanwood Firefighters operated efficiently alongside EMS and law enforcement to ensure all patients received prompt medical attention and the scene was secured. The department reminds all drivers to remain alert and exercise caution at busy intersections.
