October 25, 2025 — Members of the Mountain Lake Fire Company were out at Liberty Sod Farms today for the annual Touch-A-Truck event, joining local organizations and businesses for a day of community engagement and family fun.

Residents and visitors had the opportunity to see fire apparatus up close, meet the firefighters who serve their community, and learn more about the fire company’s operations. Events like these help foster relationships between first responders and the public, especially the youngest members of the community who always enjoy exploring the trucks and gear.

The department encouraged everyone to stop by and support one of their local businesses, thanking Liberty Sod Farms for hosting and for their continued support of local emergency services.
