NEWBURGH, NY - Winona Lake and Orange Lake fire departments responded to a vehicle into a guardrail eastbound on Interstate 84 in the area of the 37 mile marker, October 19th. Firefighters checked the vehicle for hazards and spread speedy dry. The vehicle struck the rear axle of a tractor-trailer and went into the guardrail. The driver refused medical treatment. New York State Police are investigating the cause.
