Adams, N.Y. — October 6, 2025 — The Adams Fire Department visited Mannsville Elementary School on Monday morning to conduct a fire prevention program as part of Fire Prevention Week activities.
Firefighters presented an age-appropriate fire safety program in the school auditorium, teaching students about emergency preparedness, smoke alarms, and safe evacuation practices. Following the presentation, students had the opportunity to explore the department’s tower ladder truck up close, learning about the tools and equipment firefighters use during real emergencies.
