Sept. 17 — The Springville Volunteer Fire Company hosted a Traffic Incident Management (TIM) training and hands-on exercise Monday evening, simulating a motor vehicle accident on Route 219.
More than 100 participants — including first responders, sheriff’s deputies, and towing companies — gathered first at the company’s Main Street hall before moving to the highway for the live exercise.
The training emphasized safe and efficient clearance of traffic incidents, ensuring responders can work together effectively during real emergencies.
