PARKER, Pa. (Wednesday, Sept. 3) — Members of the Bruin Volunteer Fire Department held a weekly drill at the Parker boat launch, practicing water supply skills under simulated fireground conditions.

The training focused on establishing a reliable water source, drafting operations and supplying an attack engine. Officials said the exercises help firefighters maintain readiness for real emergencies.
