September 10, 2025 — The Wellsville Fire Department successfully completed its annual pump testing this week at Station 2. A third-party agency, Waterway, conducted the evaluations to ensure all apparatus pumps met required performance standards.
Wellsville units 1, 2, 3, and 7 underwent testing, which is a critical step in maintaining operational readiness and ensuring the department can deliver reliable water supply during firefighting operations.
The department extended its thanks to Waterway for conducting the inspections and reaffirmed its commitment to keeping equipment in peak condition for the safety of the community.
