House Under Construction Collapses Trapping Two Workers

Long Beach Island House collapse around 930 am on Bayview Ave. Chief on scene confirms a 3 story wood frame under construction with collapse of the 3rd floor on to the 2nd floor. 2 workers were trapped under the debris. Crews went to work and Command requested Tech Rescue from Station 20 to shore up the building. Crews made 2 rescues and both pt's were taken by EMS to a near by LZ. Both were flown out to a near by Trauma Center and the cause of the collapse is under investigation.
