Winona Lake/Orange Lake FD responded to a two vehicle PIAA on 3Rd of September at Algonquin Drive /Waring Road. Town/Newburgh Police and EMS was at scene.
Firefighters spread speedy dry on fluids on roadway and disconnected one vehicle battery. Town/Newburgh EMS transported one subject to Montefiore-St Lukes Hospital.
Town/Highway was notified of street sign that was taken down as result of accident. Town/Newburgh Police investigating the cause.
