Brooklawn, NJ - On August 20, 2026, at approximately 21:20 hours, Brooklawn Fire Company, along with mutual aid partners from Westville Fire Department and Brooklawn Police Department, responded to the intersection of N. Hannevig Avenue and Browning Road in Camden County for a reported motor vehicle accident with entrapment.

Units responding included Engine 3443 and Engine 733, Utility 3449, Rescue 738, and BLS 3. Initial reports indicated that a vehicle occupant was trapped inside the overturned vehicle.

Upon arrival, crews found a single vehicle on its side. However, it was quickly determined that the driver had self-extricated prior to the arrival of fire and EMS units. Firefighters ensured the scene was stabilized, secured the vehicle, and mitigated minor roadway hazards to maintain traffic safety.
