Structure Fire in Upper Saddle River Prompts Coordinated Mutual Aid Response
Saddle River, NJ - On August 11 in Bergen County, the Upper Saddle River Fire Department responded to a reported structure fire within the borough.
Upon arrival, crews initiated fireground operations and began assessing conditions at the involved structure. Due to the nature of the incident, additional mutual aid resources were requested to assist on scene, while other departments provided standby coverage to maintain fire protection across the community.
Firefighters operated under incident command, coordinating suppression efforts along with support and safety operations as required to manage the incident effectively. Mutual aid partners played a vital role in both on-scene operations and township-wide coverage during the response.
