Franklin Squad 41 Completes 10-Minute Extrication at Multi-Vehicle Crash

Franklin Fire Company Station 4 and various EMS units responded at approximately 4 p.m. August 3 to a multi-vehicle incident on Molly Pitcher Highway South near Kriner Road.
Multiple 911 callers reported three to four vehicles involved, with one person trapped inside. Lieutenant 44 Myers arrived, confirmed the conditions and established command.
Squad 41 and Engine 45 completed the extrication of one person in roughly 10 minutes and delivered the patient to EMS. The patient was the sole person transported from the crash.
The scene was turned over to Pennsylvania State Police and fire police.
