At around 11:50 p.m. on July 12, Mifflintown Hose Company No. 1 responded to an overturned tractor-trailer in Fermanagh Township, east of Arch Rock, on Route 322 eastbound.

Chief 2-1 Koni Hench commanded the response of Rescue 2, Engine 2, Utility 2, and Traffic 8. The tractor-trailer was overturned and obstructing the road when the crews arrived. The driver was unharmed after self-extricating.

Firefighters controlled a small fluid leak in the grain-carrying trailer. While PennDOT helped close the road, fire officers set up a diversion. For around three and a half hours, the route was closed.
