Pittsburgh, PA. — July 11 — A car rollover with entrapment on Evergreen Avenue in Millvale prompted the Cherry City Volunteer Fire Company and the Millvale Fire Department to respond. To get inside the car and free the trapped patient, firefighters collaborated. After the procedure was finished, the patient was moved to EMS staff for additional care. In stable condition, the patient was taken to a nearby trauma facility.

During the extrication and patient transfer, the incident necessitated coordinated fire and EMS efforts. During the response, Cherry City Volunteer Fire Company, located at 309 Davis Ave. in Pittsburgh, offered mutual-aid assistance. Once their duty was finished, they resumed their duties.
