Crafton, PA. — July 11 — In order to provide mutual help during a residential structure fire in Carnegie, the Crafton Volunteer Fire Department dispatched 128 trucks and an attack. Before heading back to the station, crews worked at the area for around two hours. During the event, Crafton firemen and equipment assisted local companies with fireground operations upon request.
When more staff and equipment are required for emergency responses, mutual help enables nearby departments to supply them. Crafton troops were able to support operations at the house fire while collaborating with other local firefighters thanks to the assignment. The Crafton units cleansed the area and went back into service after finishing their work.
