Girardville, PA - Girardville Fire Department’s Engine 45-10 responded as mutual aid to Ashland Borough for a serious motor vehicle accident involving an SUV and a tri-axle truck, with multiple occupants reported trapped.

Upon arrival, the crew assisted with extrication operations, working alongside other responding units to access the vehicles, stabilize conditions, and safely remove the entrapped occupants. Firefighters utilized coordinated rescue efforts to ensure patient safety throughout the operation.

Following the extrication, the crew remained on scene to assist with overhaul and cleanup operations before being released. Engine 45-10 then returned to service after completing all assignments.
