Girardville, PA - Girardville Fire Department responded to a reported fire in close proximity to the station after individuals arrived to notify firefighters in person. Engine 45-10 responded immediately with a full crew to investigate the report.

Upon arrival, crews located a small, active fire and quickly extinguished it using a portable water can. The prompt response and rapid intervention prevented the fire from spreading or causing damage to nearby property.

The Pennsylvania State Police Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating the cause of the incident.
