Vehicle Rollover on I-89 Results in Minor Injuries

Colchester, VT - The Colchester Fire Department responded alongside Colchester Rescue Squad and Saint Michael's College Fire and Rescue to a reported single-vehicle rollover on Interstate 89 Northbound near Exit 16.
Crews arrived to find an SUV on its side, with the sole occupant having self-extricated prior to their arrival. EMS personnel evaluated the individual on scene before transporting them to the University of Vermont Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
Firefighters remained on location to ensure scene safety while the vehicle was removed and the roadway was cleared before returning to service.
