Durham, ME - The Durham Fire and Rescue responded to a two-vehicle motor vehicle accident on the 1600 block of Royalsborough Road.

Upon arrival, crews conducted a full scene size-up, assessing both vehicles for hazards and evaluating the occupants for injuries. One driver required transport and was taken to Maine Medical Center in Portland with minor injuries.

Additional assistance was provided by Freeport Fire Rescue, who responded with an ambulance to evaluate the second driver and support patient care operations on scene.

Crews remained on location to manage the incident, ensure roadway safety, and complete operations before clearing after approximately one hour.
