Providence, R.I. — July 12 — In response to a structure fire at 470 Branch Ave., Canteen 1 of the Special Signal Fire Association/Providence Canteen, 100 Minnesota Ave., Warwick, provided firemen and other emergency workers with rehabilitative and logistical support.
