Warren, RI — September 2 — Warren Fire Department units responded to a reported working fire at Lincoln Avenue in the Laurel Park neighborhood.Upon arrival, firefighters began their operations at the scene, and officials urged nearby motorists and residents to keep away from the area.
The fire took place in Laurel Park, a residential coastal area in Warren that features Lincoln Avenue and surrounding streets.
The neighborhood is bordered by the Kickemuit River, Metacom Avenue, Clark Road, and Overhill Road.
Firefighters worked to find and contain the fire while additional units assisted with the initial response.
