Hicksville FD Hosts Traditional Wet Down for Three Twin Engines

HICKSVILLE, NY - On Saturday, June 29th, the Hicksville Fire Department hosted a wet down ceremony for Engine 933, Engine 934, and Engine 937. The wet down took place at Hicksville Fire Department Station 3. All Engines are twin 2023 Sutphen Monarch Engine 200gpm/500gal. The former rigs were all 2004 Sutphen Engines which served Hicksville Fire Department for 19 years. The Bethpage Fire Department, Atlantic Steamer Fire Company 1, Syosset Fire Department, Plainview Fire Department, Melville Fire Department, East Meadow Fire Department were in attendance.
