Around 6:30pm Tuesday June 28,2022. The Larksville strucutre box tones dropped for a reported commerical structure fire at Grasshopper Lawn Care Inc. When the Larksville vol. fire dept along with the Larksville ambulance arrived it was a confirmed working fire with heavy black smoke coming out of the roof. The first alarm structure box tones were set off and Plymouth fire and Edwardsville fire also assisted on this fire. Fire fighters pulled 2 lines and got a quick knock on the fire. Fire fighters after extingushing the fire check for extentions and did overhaul and ventilation for around 2 hours before being released. The fire is under investigation at this time and the building is fixable.
